How to Apply for Shares

Follow these steps to complete your share application in Dot Com Zambia PLC.

Application Process

Follow the steps below to complete your share application. Please note that you must have registered and received access to the member area before submitting your application.

Make Your Investment Deposit

  • Transfer funds to the following account:

  • Use your full name or entity name as reference
  • Document the reference number of your investment deposit and keep proof of the transaction. You will need to either upload this proof or enter the reference number when completing your application.

Prepare Your Details

  • Have your NRC / Passport, email address, phone number, and bank account ready
  • If applying as an entity, include registration documents and representative details
  • Eligible applicant types include Individuals, Entities (Company, Fund Manager, Village Banking Group, or Other Institution), and Minor Accounts (applications made by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child).

Complete the Online Form

  • Provide your personal or entity details, bank information, and upload proof of your investment deposit.
  • For the IPO, as outlined in the Prospectus, the minimum investment is 500 shares at ZMW 12.30 each (total ZMW 6,150). The maximum investment is 40,650 shares (total ZMW 499,995).

Additional Interest (Optional)

  • If you wish to invest more than ZMW 500,000, you may express additional interest. There is a section in the form where you can indicate the extra amount you would like to invest should additional shares become available.
  • This field is optional and for allocation consideration only.

Review and Submit

  • Check your details and confirm the declarations
  • Upon submission, you'll receive a confirmation email with your application reference and PDF summary

Please note: when you apply for access, you will be asked to verify your phone number and email address to confirm your identity.
